Manuel has been working in animation since 2003.

He learned the ropes at Studio AKA then moved to develop Graphic styles at Fluid-pictures for award winning documentary series such as Monster Moves and Big, Bigger, Biggest. He then freelanced at Amsterdam’s finest (Glassworks, Post-Panic, Crab-Salad) before joining forces with the Ambassadors. His work there was quickly noticed and his collaboration with Christian Borstlap even won the prestigious ADCN award two years in a row (for Nowness, Mr Porter and Louis Vuitton).

TODAY, he's freelancing again, being able to work creatively on a wide range of projects. His skills in character designs, directing and animation allows the production of any animated projects from start to finish, being able to use any budget in the most efficient way possible.
